[NTLUG:Discuss] Newbie needs help

Yea! Phase one complete
Since D; couldn't be split, I migrated all non-related windowz programs to d:\
ran deep scandisk to make sure there were no problems
ran defrag
made emergency start up using dos 6.2 emer disk
rebooted from a:
ran fips did backup of fat and restore
made a 763 meg partition ok
rebooted ran fips made another section 39.4 megs
rebooted to win98 all ok netscape still works
rest for the night
does it sound like I'm on track?
