2.0.30, no, but 2.0.36, yes.  Try

ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/aic/

You'll need to apply this patch to "virgin" kernel source.  This means that
applying it to a RedHat kernel, for example, won't work -- it's already
been patched so many times that patch gets confused and barfs.

FWIW, RedHat's build of 2.0.36 has this patch already installed.
