Well I may be slow but I think it's finally starting to sink in:)

With the 2-wire pair that my service is provided from GTE I connect
RJ45 to my TA.  With 1 pots RJ11 I then return to a jack that is
connected to the remianing 2-wire pair.  The remainder of the house
is wired to access that pair which gives me normal phone service.  And
remember that the sales folks on the other end of the phone ain't got
a clue:)

As you can tell I'm not an electrician:)

Anyone know where I can get my hands on a RJ45 & RJ11 dual jack wall
socket?  Radio Shack only has single RJ45, I haven't been to a GTE
phone store yet, so called computer super stores are lost when asked.
