As I recall, the 3c905b will "auto-detect" duplex based on the
hub/switch/router that it is plugged into.  You *may* be able
to build a DOS boot disk with the 3Comm 3c90xcfg.exe program on
it and see if there is a way to force half duplex, but I don't
think this is an option.
