[NTLUG:Discuss] Statistic prog for Apache???

I am currently using webalizer as a stat program to anylize traffic on
my apache servers - It doesn't offer the full extent of info that say
eXTReMe Traking offers - see - http://z.extreme-dm.com/s/?tag=coh5910 as
compared to http://www.srj.net/stats

Is there a program out there free or pay that's better?
Is there a program out there free or pay with which the source code
resides on my server? - Exterme is a pay service - BUT - they keep the
code and all - I don't like that kind of stuff.

Any reccomendaitons?????
