Think about it.  To expect a lawyer to say such a thing would be to expect him
to commit legal malpractice on the spot.   Nearly every endeavor can have
legal consequences.  That fact that such a question was asked indicates that
the person raising the question perceived some legal implications associated
with the action.  Your best bet in this situation is to retain a lawyer to
explain those implications.  Then you can make an informed decision, if not an
intelligent one.  <<g>>

Buying into insurance company propaganda, without thinking or independent
research, is at least as vulgar as buying a brand new computer and putting
Win* on it.   IMHO.
