[NTLUG:Discuss] Backup Issues

Ok,

I'm running two linux servers one serves web pages the other handles
mail and inter office network traffic (7 pc's and 3 macs) - I need a
backup solution. What do you think??? I need to back up !daily! the
/home directory and weekly the system directory for my servers - and
perhaps once a month the pc & mac systems - is there a backup option
that will allow me to do all of this? and do it automatically?
