What happens when you add the .qmail-brian file? Does that fix it? You
shouldn't have to restart qmail-send after adding the .qmail file.
The other thing is that qmail, like most *nix programs is VERY sensitive
to permissions issues. Make sure ~brian/Maildir and ~brian have all the
correct perms on them.
Other than that, I'm at a loss. Anyone else?
