Are you planning a presentation?   Using Power Point?  Don't have
Power Point? Consider using Wimpy Point:

You can then use the web to collaborate with other authors to
develop the material and you will have a backup if you lose or
drop the notebook -- provided of course that you have some old
computer and web access at the place where you give the
presentation.  Apparently there is no charge for the service.
