There has recently been some discussion of a list, <jobs at ntlug.org>, to
be the place for this topic to come up.

There *are* periodically postings of jobs here; you should be able to
take a look at the archives to see past examples.

It's not *perfectly* appropriate, but there's not a better place just
yet for it...
