Last month, I happened to be early to the meeting, to get RH 6.0. As it ended up, the LIP was shorthanded. I volunteered to help out and did so. The install of RH went smoothly, and I got a nice email from the person whom I installed for. Afterwards, I volunteered to come back and help out again. The response that I got was indifferent at best, at worst, rude in it's lack of a response. I was made to feel as though I was intruding on some private frat club. I am willing to help out this month, but am not going to show up, just in case the regulars dont show up.
Whomever is in charge at the LIP, if you need assistance, I am willing. If you have it "covered", like you did last month, then ignore this. Just as someone did, when I offerd to come back.
