To be a little more precise, it's at Ross Ave and US 75, on your right if 
you're traveling southbound on US 75. It's in a collection of parking
lots that's pretty difficult to miss.

I like to try to make it about 3 AM or so, that way you can find a free
place to park (up until the parking meters go active at 7 or 8, at least),
and most of the good deals will still be there.
