Hey, Steve, PLONK! PLONK!

You're the one with the inappropriate attitude! This is a function of
you either not having been around very long or missing meetings. Have
you read the bylaws or articles of incorporation of NTLUG, Inc. yet?
They make this *abundantly* clear.

It's in the articles as plain as day:

The number of directors constituting the initial Board of Directors is
seven (7) and the names and addresses of the persons who are to serve as the
initial directors are:

            NAME ADDRESS

            Kendall G. Clark P.O. Box 210367

Btw, all of these Directors have either attended since the very first
meeting, regularly, missing only a few meetings over *3* years, or
have committed serious resources to making NTLUG successful.

I defy you to find any 6 people more qualified, more upright, more
open, more courteous, more committed, and more historically-proven
than the last 6 here. I'm a flake and lucky to get to hang around
these other guys; but I'm also just enough of a jerk to challenge your
bullshit in public. Put up or shut up!

I've posted this link before, but I guess I'll have to start doing it
regularly:

	http://ntlug.org/corporate

We had >>two<< different, very public, very publicly-debated meetings at
which the *overwhelming* majority of people present voted to pursue
incorporation. Where you not at those meetings? Have they escaped your
memory?

Now what's your beef?

I'm willing to endure a lot of nonsense quietly, but I'm not going to
stand by and listen to your factually incorrect drivel.

Steve> However, this business of taking decisions without even
Steve> telling the membership what those decisions are is
    Steve> completely unacceptable.

Yes, it is. I agree. As do all the board members. Alas, it's also a
total fantasy of yours. It's not happening in real life, here on the
earth that most of us inhabit. I don't know where you're hanging out
these days, but this is just TOTALLY WRONG.

Please don't spread this misinformation any further. A little fact
checking before posting recklessly and erroneously couldn't hurt
either, huh?

Thanks.

Kendall

PS--Anything reply from you on this thread other than an apology will
be joyously sent to /dev/null
