$80?  Most of the places I have seen are asking over 100$/mo for dedicated
with a few IP's.  Which is my problem.  I can get 1.5-6MB down for about
140$/mo  so why would I pay $120/mo for 56k?

;-)  I feel your pain.  I desprately want concentric sdsl but they don't
service my area.  75116 has it but not me.  (75114).
