I could probably help do one on Apache (I am doing a class at UTA on it)
and could probably go over basic sendmail (how to set up aliases and how
to use mapping to allow for things like info at domain.com and
info at domain1.com on the same box going to different addresses). The
basics of DNS (setting up zone files and the basic layouts) and FTP
(restricting access, chrooted environment, etc...), but this would
probably be a series rather than just one meeting. This might be a good
tag team typ presentation, also make it easier to field questions if
there is more than one person.
