[NTLUG:Discuss] Keyboard and Mouse Switching --- Can I do it??????

unless you have a "smart" mouse switch, when you switch a ps/2 mouse off
of a port and back on, you loose the ps/2 mouse on that computer. Use a
serial mouse.

Certain keyboards can't take the hit you get on the power supply and
work. You have to try different keyboards until you get one that works,
in my experience.
