[NTLUG:Discuss] Notes from IP Chains presentation?

I'm trying to find the text of November's presentation on IP chains, and
I haven't been able to do so.  IIRC, Mr. Stokes said that the notes to an
earlier version of his talk are available at http://www.uhw.com.  I've been
to that web site, and I poked around, and I couldn't find them.

Did I mis-remember the URL, or have they moved?
