This list was setup to bounce non-subscribers mail for a time, but
there were lots of problems with that. So, since every list is
different, other lists not having a problem with that policy isn't
necessarily relevant.

Sorry for the empty reply; cold fingers don't always work Emacs
command sequences properly. :>
As for the spam, I think it's going to have to get significantly worse
than 1 piece per two months before doing much of anything about it
is warranted.
