  Return addresses on 99.999999% of spam I see is bogus.  The spam is sent
from machines that don't exist, or from foreign countries by bouncing off
of improperly configured machines.

  Only using humans to massively complain to the business owners that
originated the spam will stop the instance of spam.  and only from that
one business owner.  Spam filters can cut spam about 90%.
