[NTLUG:Discuss] I need help with Sendmail

Redhat 6

I think I am on the right track here
http://www.sendmail.org/m4/anti-spam.html

where do I put the IP's/domains that I will allow for relaying in
/etc/mail/access ?
it says to read the /usr/doc/sendmail8...
but guess what it? that sendmail directory doesn't exist..

I feel like I am chasing my own tail and getting nowhere..
