[NTLUG:Discuss] NTLUG.org moving

The NTLUG.org machine, hosted at Hex.net, is moving to a new Network
Operations Center, and so will be offline for about 2 hours starting
around 7 a.m. on Tuesday morning. It should be back up by 9 or
9.30. At least, that's the plan; but if you've ever moved old
hardware, you know how things sometimes break when moved.

If it isn't back up by 9 or 9.30, please be patient and try to avoid
the urge to flood the mailing list with messages. When you see the Web 
site back up, you'll know the mailing lists are back up.

At some point in the near future, NTLUG will be moving to a new
machine, which may again mean a small outage, though in that case it
may be hidden to users.

The new NOC will be a big improvement, so it's worth the minor,
scheduled 'outage'.
