This is not so easy. The "easiest" way to delete a mail message is to
set up a computer and suck the mail into a mail reading program and
forward it to their mailbox after deleting the mail not desired.
as root, you can su -l username, and then run "pine." Pine will allow
you to delete the mail that needs to be deleted, and not prevent the
remote computer from getting the undeleted mail.
