Actually, if you have a good feel for an editor, like vi,
you can open the mailfile, and delete the indicated
message, beginning with 'From ' and ending with, but not
including, the next 'From ' (for the next message)--e.g.:



>From root at mars.colossus.net Thu Dec 23 22:20 CST 1999  #### Start deleting here
