[NTLUG:Discuss] booting off users?

probably a dumb question and one I should have already known but never have
learned in my 1+ years of Linux experience.
how do i kick a user that is logged in off of the system just in case I need
tty0 and they are logged in??

let the games begin and chastise me for not knowing this...
