RedHat does support the LinkSys PCMCIA 10/100 card. We have it in a CPQ 1700
Armada.

Subject: [NTLUG:Discuss] linux on my compaq presario 1200
I have a CPQ 1200 laptop that I am thinking about installing linux on . I
have downloaded a "How to" of someone who has already done this already. I
realize I won't get my winmodem working but I would like to get my LinkSys
ethernet pcmcia card working. I know Red Hat doesn't support this so my
question is, is there a work around to get it working??
