If port forwarding is enabled and you have ipmasqadm loaded, try:
ipmasqadm portfw -f
ipmasqadm portfw -a -P tcp -L <internet IP add> <port#> -R <intranet IP
add> <port#>
ipmasqadm portfw -a -P tcp -L <intranet IP add> <port#> -R <internet IP
add> <port#>
