[NTLUG:Discuss] XFree86 ver 4.0 install error

Just downloaded XF86V4 Tuesday and I can't get the
install script to run on my OpenLinux 2.3 desktop box.

      AST Premmia GX Dual intel p54c 133 MHz.
      SMP kernel 2.2.10
      192 MB RAM
      Matrox Millenium 2MB
      bash versions 1.14.7 and 2.03.0

root at opus # sh Xinstall.sh
'install.sh line 110: syntax error near unexpected token 'Echo()

I've tried running the script under both versions of bash w/ same results.
It bombs out at the first function declaration "Echo()".
I've tried editing the file to include the "function" keyword. No change.
This error is the same as what you get if you use "in" w/o a word list.

Anyone else seen this? Or have a clue why this script won't run?
