a warning on the agp - most lx motherboards have a problem providing enough
power to the AGP slot for voodoo3 cards.  I found out the hard way when a new
voodoo3 3500TV AGP made windows unusable on my ASUS p2l97-DS box  (funny thing
is that linux is still quite usable, but 3D games still lock up after a while)
