[NTLUG:Discuss] Req For opinions:Overclocking K6-3 400Mhz

Should I get a k6-3 @400 and overclock it?
or should I get a k6-2 @500mhz and overclock it?

what motherboards are best?

I know that the k6-3 is more advanced than the k6-2
but I cant find it any faster than 400mhz
is it worth it
and with the cost of the Athlon CPU at the level of an entire K6 system
it isnt an option for me......yet

any opinions are welcome...but please limit to AMD CPU options
