[NTLUG:Discuss] SWBell DSL

You're not though with SWB yet.  I too had a firm installation date with
Concentric... Three times.  For three months Concentric tried to work with
SWB to get dsl service to my house, and SWB refused to cooperate.  SWB
still owns the lines and still refuses to lift a finger to help ANYONE
trying to compete with them.
