Have you tried the OpenSourced clone of VMWare? (I forget what it's called)
The trouble with that solution is that you still need to have Windoze
installed - and if he's going to do that then he might as well reboot
once a year to do his taxes...if that's truly the ONLY thing he needs
windoze for (which seems to be the case).

Yep. I suggested he keep his old 486 and use that for WinNT - keep it
in the attic and bring it down once a year at tax time :-)
