Boot to a dos floppy that contains fdisk and run 'fdisk /mbr' to clear
out the Master Boot Record, and everything should be fine.  NT doesn't
overwrite the MBR until later in the setup.

Be sure and read the HOWTO on using NT and Linux together, it isn't the
same as Linux and Win9x.
