[NTLUG:Discuss] Apache Program at DFWUUG tonight

Dear NTLUGers,
Just a last minute reminder that the DFW Unix Users Group is meeting tonight
in the Silicon Graphics facility on the LBJ, near Preston, at 7:00 PM.
Directions are on the Web site at www.dfwuug.org <http://www.dfwuug.org>
and the pizza and cokes are free as usual.
The subject tonight will be The Apache Web Server. Both speakers are well
versed in the technology and are co-authors of a new book on the subject.

Jeff D. Almeida is currently a Unix SysAdmin for a large university system
in the Northeast. He has previously worked as a web developer, programming
applications for the Web sites of numerous organizations, among them the
Green Bay Packers and Aid Association for Lutherans. He has also served as
the SysAdmin for an ISP in northern Texas. He has been
administering Apache webservers for three-and-a-half years.
Mark Allan Arnold...
For the last eleven years, Mark (now 38) has brought his knowledge of 19
languages on 9 operating systems to the aid of such customers as Tandy,
Sterling Commerce, Internal Revenue Service, and many others. He has written
database, ecommerce, real-time, and scientific applications. He has recently
created a browser based database query system (linux/postgres/apache/php3).
