yes ...for now
but if I wasnt interested in improving things 
I wouldnt be using linux ;~}

I noticed improved performance under 2.4-t1
without using any DRI ( I still use XF3.3.6)

I didnt know if the 2.4 kernel did this through 
AGP(66mhz+) access or other means

My motherboard manual says that my AGP slot is usable in 
3 modes:
pci 33mhz
agp 66/133mhz

it doesnt seem any faster than my PCI card in another, much slower,
machine 


any more thoughts?
