George,
I can't speak to the Dallas access numbers but the numbers here in Boston
have been "busy" for a week or better... I didn't (and didn't really expect
to) receive any response to my inquiry to the support address.
If anybody knows of any Linux-friendly alternatives, I'd love to hear about
them. All the other free ISPs I'm aware of require Windows or MacOS.
Whatever happened to write-once-run-anywhere Java apps anyhow?
