[NTLUG:Discuss] P...P...P...Problem

Hello all!
I just upgraded from Mandrake 7.0 to 7.1 and I'm having a bit of a time
getting PPP to work (something I had no problems from in 7.0).  First of
all, I can't find the Kppp icon anymore so I just went with Gnome-ppp.
I can dial out and I get a connection but five seconds later the ppp
deamon dies.  I have looked in deja.com for some answers but none of the
suggestions have worked (e.g. add "noauth" and "route del default" to
the /etc/ppp/options file).  Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
