What you're asking for might be very hard to find.
Small X-terminals never went lower than 14" AFAIK.

However, Linux can be a good X-terminal....I'd
search for "panel pc" for links to manufactures
of PC's which have a built in LCD and are flat
for wall mounting (hopefully there's one that
works with X11 ok).
