Actually - a couple ideas come to mind.

1) Post a map (hand drawn and scanned in would do) on the web page.  If
there are changes - get them out there no later than the Monday of
meeting week.  Some people will deal with this better than directions
that say go to such-and-such a driveway, park, and go to door so-and-so.

2) If possible, get some signs up directing people where to park and
where to enter the building.  Make sure that the security guards are all
aware of the meeting and that they will direct people to the proper
entrance.

We can solve this problem.  We have the technology...
