Nope, that's not what I said. In case I wasn't clear: Using the
explore2fs program, under Windows, I tried, myself, writing to the Linux
partition -- I copied a HTML file over into a folder/ directory in Linux.
Windows didn't do it, on its own; the explore2fs program didn't do it, on
its own;_I_did it, after being warned it was a chancy thing to do.
Before I did this, IIRC, I had read -- several places -- in the program's
ReadMe file, and in several places on the author's web pages, that
writing to Linux using this program was, as I said, "highly experimental,
and risky".
In addition ( I did not mention this before), when I first changed the
program options, to permit writing into the Linux partition, as to each
one of my 3 Linux partitions, I first got, for each of the 3, a message
box from the explore2fs program -- IIRC, asking me if I was "sure" that I
wanted to write-enable to Linux, under the program.
Point is: the program's author warned me it was risky, and had caused
problems for others. I tried it, knowing of that risk. I took the
chance, after being warned of a risk.
