I was able to track down my lockup problem.  It was the Monster MX300. 
I swapped it out for a Ensoniq AudioPCI and the problems went away.  Too
bad cause the Monster MX300 is a nice card.  I had it running on a Super
7 MB for several months without a hitch.  I'm still going to try and
find an updated driver that'll run on the Athlon since I'll be building
up another workstation this month.
