ESS Solo-1 PCI AudioDrive is listed in the kernel config as experimental, so it should work, just remember to turn experimental code option on. Only thing I think you may need to worry about would be the modem. If you can find the words "WinModem" on it, you may need to replace it. If it says it works in DOS, it should be fine. Only way is to try it sometime.
