For rpm people, I just pulled these from Rufus:
tix-8.3.2-4mdk.i586.rpm
expect-8.3.2-4mdk.i586.rpm
tk-8.3.2-4mdk.i586.rpm
tclx-8.3.2-4mdk.i586.rpm
tcl-8.3.2-4mdk.i586.rpm

These seem to be consistent with Redhat.  You will have to ignore some
dependencies.  Browsex works fine.

     Off the subject, but is the version of Tcl/Tk it requires (8.3)
actually shipping with any current stable-series Linux distro?

     I couldn't get it to work at all, and I'm not about to go mucking
around with something like upgrding Tcl/Tk to use it (way too many things
liable to break if it's not 100% backwards compatable (which it usually
isn't)).
