Thanks again, James. /etc/rc.d/rc/inet1 was *not* commented well,
as someone else hinted, but it was *adequate*. I figured it out. Made
my changes & here I am, emailing from the !new! IP address scheme.

Great now I'll have to go to work tomorrow, via the VPN of course.
