It's a pox on their own heads, to a great extent...
Much of the GCC development _and testing_ takes place at Cygnus,
"a Red Hat Company."
I agree it's not fair to those that are volunteers outside Cygnus,
but there should be a good chunk of "fairness" that comes out of
it, particularly if it goes badly wrong...
