I've been running the openssh port included in the free CygWin distribution:

http://sources.redhat.com/cygwin/

It works well, it is fully featured, and it is more linux-like than the
other Win32 clients.  I also tend to trust it more than the other clients,
many of which are not open source.  If you need Win32 ssh then CygWin is
worth taking a look at.
