If you don't mind only getting 128 - 170K.... there's always
Ricochet (I've tested it all around North Dallas and Plano)...
their transmitters are all up and down Hilcrest.

I've only been able to get about 70K on the uplink side.

Just another option (see http://www.wwc.com, talk to Rick Spies).
(expensive at $75/mo... but you'll be able to browse in
the park).

Satellite is another alternative.... but it seems that they
are all tied to MSN :-(.

I find it hard to believe that Coit/Campbell isn't covered....
I think I know someone near there that has DSL.

Of course, you could always move :-)
