We live in Lowry Crossing (pop. 865) which is 5 miles east of McKinney,
just before Princeton. That is not quite as far North, but definitely
Out There. See my comments in the related "DSL availability/netfilter"
thread. I used texoma.net for  dial-up for a time a while back. They
would have local (non-toll) access numbers in your area, but I have no
recent experience or strong opinions about them. They may have DSL too.
