[NTLUG:Discuss] Small rant about Redhat update

When a distro sends out a security advisory and announces that updated
packages are available, shouldn't they put the updated packages on their
FTP mirrors before or at least right after sending the announcement?

It took a little over an _hour_ for the primary RH Updates FTP server to
show the updated Bind packages released today. What's the logic behind
this? Was it just a "me too" message or what?
