[NTLUG:Discuss] Open Training Documentation Project

  Groups,

 This is a a short announcement about the Open Training Documentation Project 
 that we are embarking on. This is a large scale project with world-wide 
 implications.

 The project is all about creating high quality training documents for 
the Open Source community, in many popular languages.. 

Linux will be a direct beneficiary from this project as will 
many other Open Source projects.

We need support from the Universities and from industry as well to 
 make this work, so if you know a good contact, please have them
 call me, or send me their email/phone.

 We have already informal commitments of help from several universities 
 in Brasil who have been very interested in this project.

 I will be talking briefly about this tonight (Feb 1, 2001) at the 
 Austin Linux Group meeting at
