Linux has won the annual InfoWorld award for best
supported software for the past several years running.
On the other hand, Microsoft support in general is so
poor it is the butt of many jokes.

You can get good support from Microsoft,I'm told, if
you're willing to ransom your firstborn and pay many
thousands of dollars per month on a long-term
contract.
